A great fit if you’re ready to jump into our small group classes (max 6).

Private Intro Package — 3 for $160 (valid for 30 days)
Perfect if you want one-on-one attention to learn the foundations, get comfortable with the equipment, or plan to continue with private training. These sessions are tailored to your goals and ideal for new clients who want a personalized start before joining group classes.

We offer small group Reformer & Tower classes (both use springs for resistance) with a maximum of six clients, ensuring you receive the attention and guidance you deserve. We also specialize in private and semi-private training using the full Pilates apparatus for a truly personalized experience.
We’re amidst a big trend in Reformer Pilates right now, but at Core we go beyond just the Reformer for a more complete, transformative Pilates experience. Some classes take place solely on the Reformer, but we also incorporate the Tower, mat work, and other classical apparatus so you get the absolute most out of every session.
